The service

v-1.design is a library of finished app and website designs, each with a live demo and the exact prompt, design system and assets to rebuild it in your AI builder. The designs and prompts are provided as-is for your own use; you are responsible for reviewing anything you build from them before relying on it.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Payment & refunds

Access to the library is sold as a one-time Lifetime license, billed once through Stripe — there is no subscription and nothing to renew. The founding price rises as early seats sell; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay, and it unlocks the whole library, including designs added later, at no extra cost. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if the library is not for you, email hello@v-1.design within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. Refunds or payment disputes may result in your access being removed.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer it. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Intellectual property

You retain rights to the briefs you submit and, subject to these terms, the designs generated for you. The platform itself remains our property.

Library prompt license

When you unlock Library content, you may use the prompts, designs, assets, recipes, and code handoffs to build your own products and client projects. You may ship, remix, edit, and sell the apps, websites, and products you create from them.

You may not publish, upload, share, resell, sublicense, bundle, give away, or redistribute the prompt library itself. This includes posting Library prompts to marketplaces, template packs, prompt databases, public repositories, shared prompt libraries, or any service where other people can copy or reuse the prompts as standalone content.

In plain terms: you can use the prompts to make things; you cannot sell or distribute the prompts as the thing.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
