The service

v-1.design generates UI design mockups from your prompts using AI. Output is provided as-is for your own use; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Plans, credits & refunds

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis and grant credits used to generate designs. Credits are consumed when you generate or polish screens. If a generation fails on our side, the credits charged for it are refunded automatically. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; you keep credits already purchased for the current period. Refunds or disputes may result in credits being reversed and paid access removed.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer it. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Intellectual property

You retain rights to the briefs you submit and, subject to these terms, the designs generated for you. The platform itself remains our property.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
